Part One: Every New Beginning

Annie Collins was a single College Student working in a shop she was throwing herself into work which was not necessary since she is a Collins and a member of the founding family of Collinsport Maine. a Scenic Fishing Village with many Secrets. But i stray from the Point Annie had recently been dumped by her boyfriend and there was this oddly handsome fellow that was showing had been showing up every day for about a month.

Annie is a Petite Brunette with grey blue eyes and a romantic soul she was not going to let anyone change her. That was what her ex had tried to do. The Customer that's Been Coming in a handsome Young Lawyer from the Lawfirm of Wolfram and Hart that had recently opened an office in Bangor. He has penetrating Blue eyes and dark brown hair. The date is January 26th, 2003. The Young Man's Name is Lindsey McDonald. He's 30 and she's 26. He smiles at her and she Can tell he's flirting. "are you planning on buying anything you've been in here everyday for about five weeks." she smiles and he grabs a small glass bottle. he had been observing her and he had seen the things she seemed to like the most in the store. "do you like this?" he smiles and pauses "do you think the person i am buying it for will like it?" Annie takes the cut glass perfume bottle from his hand and their fingers touch and she blushes "your friend has great taste. this is one of the better priced well made items in the shop." she takes it and wraps it up and hands it to him "that'll be twenty-four dollars."

A Few hours later Annie is walking home when she hears a familiar scratchy rumbling sound and the Blue Police box appears and crashes in the woods and she runs to it "Doctor is that you In there?" the Doors to the TARDIS open and The Doctor Steps out "Annie! Is that you!!" he looks at her "i know you're shocked but it is me. what do i say to prove i am the one you met 10 years ago. You Nearly got killed By a Cyberman and you were just starting to become acquainted with life. barely 16." he takes her hand "Fantastic. No longer that awkward child but still walks with your head down deep in thought." he looks at The TARDIS "Old Bessy Needs to Recharge would you know a place where i may seek shelter." "Mmm-hmm. Collinwood." she smiles and hugs him "you look a bit pale Doctor." "i'll be fine. my health is connected to the TARDIS when it crashes i become ill." he leans on Annie and she takes him to Collinwood "this is my Family's home." they enter the drawing room "this is Daphne my Cousin's Wife." Daphne nods. "Let me guess he's out of town on another business trip. go ask the maid to prepare a room for my friend. Mister Smith." she winks at the Doctor. "this is the man who saved my life in new york ten years ago." Daphne exits and Annie and The Doctor start talking. "this may sound strange but i felt drawn to you and i knew we'd cross paths again."  she kisses him. Little were they both aware that Annie is Part Gallifreyan. her Father was a Timelord and her mother was a Collins.  she cuddles against him "i wish i could find someone like you." He looks at her "you said you have a date." "but there's something about that law firm he interns at. i heard rumors." she sighs "i know i am not allowed in the TARDIS but it intrigues me i've had dreams about it." later that evening that take a walk and vampire jumps them and a stake comes out of nowhere "Mister Pointy!" she Turns around "Buffy, Xander!!" she hugs them. She Looks at the Doctor "John these are My Friends Buffy Summers and Xander Harris." she smiles "Pleasure to meet you i am John Smith." he smiles and Shakes Xander's Hand. Looks at Annie. there was something in her that seemed energized when the TARDIS was charging. It was impossible but he was starting to think Annie might be part Gallifreyan. "Watch out Buffy there's another Vampire!" she grabs the crossbow Xander is holding and shoots an arrow through the heart of the vampire "another one doesn;t bite and gets dusted." "good one Annie. the only normal person i know who doesn;t fear vampires." Buffy says. Annie looks at Xander "why are you wearing an eyepatch." "long story. i will only say Evil preacher poked my eye out." Xander Says after they kill a few more vampires they all go back to Collinwood. "Don;t stay at the Inn. they do sacrifices the on the full moon or so i heard." She looks at Daphne "okay i will have the maid straighten up two more rooms for your friends." Annie looks down. she had slowly become bored with being a collins she hated being in Maine. Annie felt almost normal around The Doctor and her friends. they all stayed up until three in the morning talking. "we should get to bed." she smiles

Quentin arrives home from his trip around lunch time and Annie and her friends are sitting the in Parlor playing cards. "Xander as much as you would like it to be strip poker. i would rather not." she lays her cards down "straight flush i win again." she kisses Xander "you're so charming." she looks at Quentin "how was your business trip. don't give me that Master of Collinwood must know about all guests look Quentin. these are my friends John Smith, Buffy Summers and Xander Harris." they all wave at Quentin. he sits his suitcase on the floor "fine why do you always act like you run this house while I'm gone Annastacia." he cringes "sorry i was talking like roger. sorry." he smiles "pleasure to meet you all you must be the people that have saved my cousin in the past." the truth was Annie had been told her mother was dead but she was really living under a false identity. he had gone to visit her. Annie looked at Quentin trying to act as though she couldn't sense he was keeping a secret.
