History: Lucy is only daughter of a widowed werewolf named quentin collins. lucy mosther was killed when she was 10. although her father doesnlt know she witnessed her mother's death. her marents met when her mother was sent to her father's hometown to hunt down someone who had been killing people for no reason.  Lucy's Mother Daphne was a Meister, the sould she was sent to retrieve eventually caused the death of her weapon partner.
